Our client, a global leader in the provision of technology solutions for the automotive sector, are seeking a Chief of Staff and Internal Communications Director. Reporting directly to the CEO, this VP level position is a strategic senior leadership role created to amplify the leadership team’s effectiveness and ensure organizational coherence across the business.
The successful candidate will sit at the heart of the company’s operating model — translating executive vision into aligned action, connecting strategy to day-to-day execution, and fostering a culture of transparency and engagement through powerful internal communication.
Acting as a trusted partner and orchestrator, this role ensures the leadership team operates as a high-performing unit, that cross-functional priorities are coordinated with rigor, and that every employee understands the company’s direction, feels informed, and is inspired to contribute.
- Leadership Team Support & Executive Effectiveness: Own the strategic planning cycle: coordinate goal-setting, monitor execution, and surface risks and dependencies to the CEO. Prepare the CEO for key meetings: review presentations, and external engagements ensuring clarity, alignment, and impact.
- Internal Communication: Develop and lead internal communication strategy: build a coherent narrative connecting company purpose, strategy, and results to employees’ daily work. Design and manage all meetings, town halls, leadership Q&As, and broadcast communications. Partner with the EAA Marketing team to amplify key leadership messages, coordinate thought leadership moments, and ensure consistency between internal and external brand narratives. Create and maintain communication channels (On Air & newsletters), rhythms, and content that are engaging, inclusive, and effective across geographies. Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve reach, tone, and impact.
- Track and report on strategic initiatives: build dashboards, run review forums, and escalate when projects drift. Identify misalignments, bottlenecks, or gaps in execution and proactively resolve them — or bring them to the CEO’s attention with recommended solutions. Support organizational design and change management efforts as the company scales.
Significant relevant professional experience, including exposure to executive environments (strategy, consulting, Chief of Staff, or similar roles). Experience designing and leading internal communication programs at scale.
