An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR TUPE Process Expert. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle processes, coupled with your knowledge of TUPE, to deliver business-defined projects effectively.
You will manage end-to-end TUPE processes and Global Transfers, ensuring compliance and seamless transitions for in-scope employees. You will serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, providing vital technical advice and guidance.
Suitable candidate will demonstrate strong understanding of TUPE regulations and experience in compliance management as well as proven experience with Oracle systems and Global Transfer processes, including knowledge of payroll implications.
