Morgan Philips is in search of an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Specialist to join a great client of ours on a 6-month FTC with immediate start, salary £40-45,000pa. This role will focus on supporting a collective consultation and leading the administration of projects that enhance workplace dynamics.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- A proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
