As a Senior HR Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, working directly with Managing Directors, business owners and senior leaders across a range of sectors. This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and operating as a true commercial partner.

The Role

You’ll be the go-to HR expert for your client portfolio, supporting a broad range of people challenges and organisational priorities, including:

  • Leadership coaching and support
  • Performance and talent management
  • Policy development and employment law advice
  • TUPE and transformation projects

You’ll combine sound employment law knowledge with commercial pragmatism, helping clients make confident decisions that support both their people and business objectives.

About You

We’re open to candidates from consultancy backgrounds or experienced HR Business Partners who have operated in fast-paced environments. You’ll likely bring:

  • Confidence managing complex ER matters
  • The ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Sound employment law knowledge
  • Experience supporting change initiatives, restructures or TUPE
  • A pragmatic and commercial approach to problem-solving
