Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and deliver strategic HR and talent initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance across all HR disciplines: talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement.
- Lead and manage organisational restructures, terminations, and complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
- Design and implement HR policies that support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Promote a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support HR projects across European regions.
- Stay up to date with UK employment legislation and best practices, ensuring compliance.
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven HR generalist experience in the UK, with exposure to international HR business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing restructures, terminations, and complex ER cases.
- Broad experience across all HR functions, including recruitment, L&D, and reward.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data for strategic insights.
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent HR qualification).
