Morgan Philips Group is looking for a Centre of Enablement (CoE) Manager to lead the Data, Analytics & AI Centre of Enablement. This role will drive effective governance and enablement, ensuring standardisation and adoption of data and AI initiatives throughout the organisation.

The CoE Manager will manage operational effectiveness, define performance KPIs, and lead a culture of innovation while enhancing workforce skills in data literacy and AI adoption.
