Morgan Philips is delighted to be partnering with a leading player in the retail services industry, dedicated to providing innovative and quality products and solutions to consumers. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager, with a proven track record in the FMCG space or similar, to join their team in this brand-new role based in Hertfordshire. This role offers some flexible working with 2 days per week in the office and travel to client sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FMCG sector to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Increase awareness of the brand's capability across target sectors.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the company and establish valuable connections.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of business practices and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a business development role within the FMCG or similar industry.
