They are currently seeking an Architect or an Architectural Technician to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

You will be part of a team who are responsible for the housing regeneration project. Working within a multi-disciplinary environment you will be responsible for delivering a few key projects, in particular a £5m non-traditional house refurbishment project which involves the over cladding on timber houses, renewing roofs and adding new photovoltaic panels. The post will involve day-to-day contract administration duties.

To be considered for the role you have the following:

  • Minimum 5 years experience within an Architectural practice or Local authority
  • Strong technical knowledge, design ability and attention to detail
  • Job running and contract administration experience
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Ability to manage projects and work independently
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Full UK driving licence

This is a hybrid working position with attendance on site and office when required. Contracted hours are 35 hours per week.
