A leading real estate investment and asset management firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Loan Asset Management Specialist to manage a portfolio of complex commercial real estate loans and support a high-profile institutional client mandate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial real estate loans.
  • Act as a key contact for borrowers, lenders, and investors.
  • Analyse property financials and prepare quarterly asset reports.
  • Monitor cash flows, valuations, market conditions, and loan performance.
  • Review borrower requests, consents, and construction draw submissions.
  • Prepare portfolio updates and track key loan events and triggers.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial real estate asset management, loan servicing, or structured finance.
  • Strong understanding of CRE underwriting, debt structures, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of key metrics including IRR, NPV, DSCR, Debt Yield, NOI, and NCF.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
