Are you ready to step into a dynamic front-office support role in a fast-paced trading environment? We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager (Murex) to serve as the first line of support for our global Capital Markets users — with a sharp focus on Commodities trading. You’ll act as the first point of contact for traders and business users, providing critical front-office Murex support and helping solve complex issues across risk, pricing, and trade lifecycle processes. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring system stability, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement of the Murex platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary support partner for Commodities Murex users globally, addressing day-to-day inquiries and issues.
- Investigate and resolve front-office challenges including:
- Unexpected positions in Livebook, Simulation, and Warehouse.
- Trade capture and pricing via E-Tradepad.
- Real-time market data issues (RTBS).
- Interface issues via MxML Exchange.
- Fixing procedures, cash rollover, and P&L selldown support.
- Pricing and hedge curve configurations.
- Pre-trade workflows and pricing templates.
- Simulation views and Datamart reporting.
- Generators, indexes, and archiving.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Murex Front Office (FO) functions, especially in Commodities trading.
- Experience supporting or implementing key FO components: pricing, curves, trade capture, RTBS, MxML, etc.
- Familiarity with the full trade lifecycle and related system configurations.
- Ability to engage with technical teams (developers, POs) and translate business needs into actionable improvements.
- Experience working in a high-pressure trading floor environment is a strong plus.
