An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR TUPE Process Expert. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle processes, coupled with your knowledge of TUPE, to deliver business-defined projects effectively.

You will manage end-to-end TUPE processes and Global Transfers, ensuring compliance and seamless transitions for in-scope employees. You will serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, providing vital technical advice and guidance.

Minimum Requirements:
Suitable candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of TUPE regulations and experience in compliance management, as well as proven experience with Oracle systems and Global Transfer processes, including knowledge of payroll implications.

Initially a 6-month assignment at £450-500pd.
