Le Product & Marketing Director définit la vision produit et la stratégie marketing de l'ensemble de la plateforme. Il pilote un portefeuille structuré autour de plusieurs verticales digitales et en assure la performance commerciale à l'échelle des marchés. Il manage en direct les équipes Product Management, Growth et Marketing, et travaille en étroite coordination avec les directions Engineering, Data et Opérations.

Périmètre de responsabilité

  • Stratégie Produit et Marketing : Définir la vision et la roadmap du portefeuille, structurer les arbitrages entre verticales, garantir la cohérence de l'expérience utilisateur sur mobile à grande échelle.
  • Croissance et Monétisation : Piloter l'acquisition, l'engagement et les revenus (MAU, ARPU, LTV), définir et faire évoluer les modèles de monétisation, assurer l'atteinte des objectifs business sur l'ensemble des marchés.
  • Leadership et Exécution : Structurer et animer une organisation pluridisciplinaire et internationale, coordonner avec les fonctions Tech, Data et Delivery, travailler en proximité avec les équipes terrain pour adapter les offres aux dynamiques locales.

Profil recherché

Expérience de 10 ans et plus en direction de produit digital ou de plateforme B2C mobile à grande échelle. Vous avez piloté des stratégies de croissance et de monétisation dans des environnements application mobile, super‑app ou plateforme de services digitaux. Vous avez construit ou restructuré des organisations produit, pas seulement géré un périmètre existant. Une expérience confirmée en pilotage multi‑pays est requise. Leadership affirmé en environnement matriciel et multiculturel. Vous pilotez par la donnée, vous traduisez une lecture marché précise en stratégie produit concrète. Français et anglais courants requis.
