We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Owner to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of ServiceNow platforms across multiple client environments. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving platform value, shaping roadmap decisions, and ensuring ServiceNow capabilities align with business objectives and transformation programmes. This is not a technical role; the individual will typically work as a conduit between the customer and the teams that support and manage the platform, ensuring the correct processes and governance are followed. Ideally, the candidate would be engagement/project managers, senior business analysts, or process architects.
What You'll Do:
- Own the ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
- Drive platform adoption, optimisation, and value realisation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Lead cross-functional teams across architecture, development, support, and service delivery.
- Manage platform performance, continual improvement, risk, and compliance.
