About the Role
As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales growth and profitability within your assigned region. You’ll work closely with end users, OEMs, design contractors, and distributors to ensure our client remains the preferred choice for Harsh & Hazardous solutions.
Your role will involve:
- Territory Development: Create and execute account development plans, identify new opportunities, and grow market share.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with key decision-makers, influencers, and distributor personnel.
- Specification Influence: Participate in trade shows and industry events to position Hubbell products in future projects.
- Training & Support: Deliver product training to distributors and provide technical support to customers.
- Information Management: Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and project pipelines.
- Strategic Contribution: Share customer feedback to shape product development and marketing initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators
- Increase market share and expand product scope within your territory.
- Achieve sales revenue and project pipeline targets.
- Establish close, productive relationships with key end users, OEMs, design contractors, and distributors.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Extensive experience in technical sales, including a strong commercial awareness, with a proven ability to manage Channel Sales, End Users, OEMs within the industry. A background in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Data Centres will be considered.
Education: Degree or technical qualification in engineering (electrical/mechanical) or business. Proven ability to manage complex sales relationships and deliver results. Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
