Are you an experienced Receptionist or Customer Service professional? Are you seeking immediate temporary work and available for the above dates, with a view to covering future dates? If yes, we would love to hear from you!
Working for one of our regular Clients you will be:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Being a first point of call for customer enquiries
- Answering the telephone and transferring calls
- Taking messages
- Dealing with email correspondence
- Updating records
- Booking meeting rooms
- Taking maintenance requests
- Opening and distributing the post
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous Receptionist/Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate data entry skills with good attention to detail
