We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator to join a well-established business on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to customers, building relationships and working within a busy sales environment. You will be a key point of contact for customers, looking after existing accounts as well as identifying new opportunities. Youll be speaking with customers to understand what they need, preparing quotations, processing orders and following enquiries through to sale. Duties will include: Handling incoming calls and emails from customers Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers Identifying new sales opportunities and prospective customers Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products Preparing quotations, proposals and costings Following up enquiries and opportunities Negotiating prices, delivery and specifications Processing orders and setting up new customer accounts Keeping customer information up to date on the internal system Dealing with customer queries and any issues that arise Sourcing products and samples for customers Liaising with suppliers regarding orders and availability Keeping customers updated on new products and promotions Working closely with other departments to ensure customers receive a good level of service The ideal candidate will have: Previous sales, internal sales or
