Ongoing; current temporary sickness cover is authorised to 30 September 2026 but could be extended Description: An opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety Administrator to provide temporary sickness cover within the Estates department of a local organisation in Solihull town centre. Working closely with the Health & Safety Manager, the post will provide practical administrative and finance support across the H&S function, helping to keep records, training, meetings, purchasing and day-to-day processes organised and up to date. Key Duties: Coordinate day-to-day administration for the Health and Safety function, responding to routine enquiries and referring more complex matters Keep H&S information and records accurate and current Create and maintain spreadsheets and trackers Support the administration of H&S training by arranging courses and maintaining training records Coordinate Health & Safety Committee and other H&S meetings, including arranging meetings, preparing agendas and papers, attending in person or via Teams, taking minutes, circulating notes and following up agreed actions Assist with H&S financial administration, including raising purchase orders, receipting goods, checking expenditure and supporting the effective management of H&S budgets in line with college financial procedures Follow up outstanding orders and liaise with the Health & Safety Manager, Finance and relevant colleagues regarding purchasing, invoices or
