Duties:
- Monitor and Manage Operational Risks
- Accurately update and thoroughly investigate operational risk events across SME Lending business areas.
- Ensure timely agreement and closure of actions to mitigate identified risks.
- Deliver Conduct Risk Framework Requirements
- Collaborate with the SME Lending team to effectively implement the Conduct Risk framework.
- Support Conduct and Assurance Activities
- Assist the SME Lending business in completing conduct and assurance related actions.
- Prepare and Present Risk Reports
- Compile and submit monthly business updates for the Operational Risk Committee and Customer and Conduct Committee.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in a Conduct Risk Manager role or similar
- A focused, can-do attitude with the drive to quickly learn and adapt to new skills and concepts.
