Working closely with the Trustees and Care Manager, the Business Manager will play a key role in delivering the strategic objectives, ensuring strong governance, sound financial and administrative systems, and effective business support for this not-for-profit organisation. You will oversee the development and implementation of robust policies and compliance frameworks, while taking a proactive and planned approach to marketing and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate agreed objectives into practical business plans.
- Prepare and present reports, management information and recommendations to Trustees.
- Update communication of policies, working with the Registered Care Manager where a policy relates to safeguarding or clinical practice.
- Maintain a clear annual policy review timetable.
