We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join a well-established and respected financial services organisation. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive HR service across the business. Acting as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, you will provide day-to-day support on a wide range of HR matters while managing and enhancing the full employee lifecycle.

Duties:

  • Provide practical advice and support on HR policies, procedures and general employee matters.
  • Manage employee relations, absence, conduct, performance, wellbeing, flexible working and informal workplace concerns.
  • Escalate complex, sensitive or higher-risk HR matters to the Operations Director and external advisers as appropriate.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activity.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
  • Support the Compliance Manager with maintenance and communication of HR policies, procedures and employee handbook updates.
