With a surge in projects and new clients, we are seeking a confident individual to join our client's team to complete the administration side for a range of diverse corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Manager Support: Supporting the Senior Event Managers with co-ordination and administration on a daily basis.
- Event Planning Support: From intimate meetings to large scale conferences and award ceremonies, you will work on the end-to-end process of event planning and preparation.
- Project Management: Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, budget management, supplier liaison, and technical arrangements.
- Delegate Management: Facilitate attendee engagement through invitation management, registration systems, travel coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- On-Site Support: When required, provide hands-on support during events to guarantee smooth operations and address any unforeseen challenges.
- Efficient Multi-Tasking: Juggle multiple tasks and deadlines to meet the demands of the expanding event calendar.
- Adherence to Processes: Ensure compliance with organisational protocols and maintain meticulous records to uphold quality standards.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven Experience: Previous experience in an Administration role.
