Job Title: Account Manager Salary: £27,000 - £28,500 Hours: Full Time Location: Earlswood, Solihull Description: We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our clients Customer Service and IT Support team . They are a family run, successful and well established business based near Earlswood. A background in Customer Service or Account Manager, ideally with an element of IT, is required. Key Duties: Onboarding new clients and being first point of contact for set up questions and queries Organise hardware installs, software training and all set up support Provide a high level of customer service and support once up and running Ensure that customers receive full set up and ongoing support for full range of software Ensure all customer needs are met by providing regular check-ups, detailed software guidance calls and email support Support with occasional opportunities to provide face to face training and technical support to customers across the UK and Ireland To work closely across all teams from Membership Customer Service, Management, Software Development, Business Development and Sales
