Location: Solihull – office based

Hours: Full Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00am-5:30pm

Working closely with the Trustees and Care Manager, the Business Manager will play a key role in delivering the strategic objectives, ensuring strong governance, sound financial and administrative systems, and effective business support for this not-for-profit organisation.

You will oversee the development and implementation of robust policies and compliance frameworks, while taking a proactive and planned approach to marketing and new business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate agreed objectives into practical business plans.
  • Prepare and present reports, management information and recommendations to Trustees.
  • Update communication of policies, working with the Registered Care Manager where a policy relates to safeguarding or clinical practice.
  • Maintain a clear annual policy review timetable and provide assurance that required reviews have been completed.
  • Support compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual and governance requirements, this includes health and safety, data protection, employment requirements, insurance and business continuity.
  • Take responsibility for developing and maintaining an annual marketing and business development strategy.
