Morgan Parkes Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Payroll Pensions Manager on behalf of a well-established education organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to take ownership of a busy payroll and pensions function within a complex environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll and pension services, whilst maintaining compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements. As the Payroll Pensions Manager you will also play a key part in the ongoing development and optimisation of the HR/Payroll system, supporting reporting, automation and process improvements across the organisation.
Key Duties
- Manage and process the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy across PAYE, National Insurance, pensions and statutory payments
- Submit FPS and EPS returns to HMRC and complete all year end payroll duties
- Monitor and validate payroll input across the HR/payroll system to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Manage pension processes for LGPS, Teachers’ Pension Scheme and Auto Enrolment
