We’re seeking a proactive, organised and motivated Finance and Administration Assistant to join our client to support the day-to-day finance and administration functions across the company. This would suit someone who thrives within a busy role and enjoys accounts administration.

Key Duties:

  • Provide finance and administrative support across multiple companies within the group
  • Reconcile supplier statements and credit card transactions
  • Process and record supplier invoices, handle queries and liaise with suppliers where necessary
  • Processing of invoices
  • Liaise with other colleagues to resolve queries and support day to day operations
  • Chase outstanding paperwork, ensuring records are kept up to date
  • Electronic filing and document management systems
  • Carry out general administrative duties

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous accounts administration experience within a busy role
  • A good understanding of basic accounting principles including VAT
  • PC literate and confident using Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
