This is an integral role within an independent gym where you will be involved in ensuring the gym is welcoming and running smoothly for all members. Key Duties:
- Based front of house you will be required to sign members in to the gym and build relationships with regular gym goers to help create a community atmosphere.
- Answer any questions as required and assist with relevant administration.
- Conduct tours for prospective members.
- Discuss classes, events and retail products with new and existing members.
- Answer enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Process payments and keep records as required.
- Ensure equipment is tidy and clean at all times in between visits from the cleaning team.
- Report maintenance issues.
Key Skills Experience Required:
- A friendly, approachable personality.
- Positive outlook and strong customer service skills.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Flexibility for additional/change in shifts when required.
