Full Time Hybrid Working

Morgan Parkes Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Lead Generator on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation within the flooring sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy Commercial Sales & Excellence team where as a Lead Generator you will play a key role in supporting customers through the early stages of their buying journey. Acting as the first point of contact following flooring sample requests, as a Lead Generator you will help nurture enquiries into qualified sales opportunities for the Flooring Experts team.

This position offers hybrid working, with 3-4 days per week based in the Coventry office. Full time hours are based on a 37.5-hour week working either 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm on a rota basis.

The Role

  • Contact customers following flooring sample requests to gather feedback and understand requirements
  • Provide knowledgeable product guidance and answer customer queries
  • Support customers throughout their decision-making journey
  • Arrange follow-up calls, consultations and appointments for the sales team
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer interactions
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Build trusted customer relationships while delivering a world-class service

About You

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Customer focused with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple follow ups effectively
  • Self-motivated, proactive and target driven
  • Previous experience within customer service, sales support or lead generation would be advantageous
