Job Title: Onboarding Customer Support Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 Hours: Full Time Location: Earlswood, Solihull Description: We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic team player to join our clients Onboarding team. They are a family run, successful and well established business based near Earlswood. The team offer onboarding and continued support to business customers, providing regular checkups and detailed software guidance through calls and emails. A background in Customer Service or Account Management is required, and an interest in IT would be useful but training can be given. Key Duties: To work closely with businesses over the phone, email and live chat, to provide support and training for both software and hardware.
