Finance Director Location: Coventry Hours: Full Time, Permanent Salary: 100,000 – 110,000 dependent on experience We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Director to join a well-established and growing business based in Coventry. This is a senior leadership role and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Director who is commercially focused, confident working at Board level and enjoys being a real partner to the CEO and wider senior leadership team. As part of the Senior Management Team, you will take overall responsibility for the financial leadership of the business, providing clear commercial and financial insight to support decision-making, profitability and sustainable growth. You will work closely with the CEO, Shareholder and senior leaders across the business, providing both support and constructive challenge when needed.
