Pioneering its unique blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology, every Morgan sports car is handmade to order. The historic home of Morgan is at Pickersleigh Road in Malvern Link, Worcestershire. This is the only place in the world where Morgan cars are built. Steeped in history, the hallowed red brick buildings are home to one of the most unique automotive production facilities in the world. Morgan sports cars are hand‑crafted using three core elements: ash, aluminium, and leather. Morgan’s model line‑up comprises Super 3, Plus Four, and Supersport. The Partnerships Executive is responsible for driving commercial growth and strengthening Morgan Motor Company’s brand value through strategic partnerships and collaborations. The role will identify, develop and manage relationships with brands, organisations and commercial partners that align with Morgan’s values and positioning. Through these relationships, the Partnerships Executive will broaden audience reach, enhance customer engagement and create meaningful commercial opportunities that deliver long‑term value for the business and the brand. Working collaboratively across departments, the role will ensure all partnerships are strategically aligned, commercially effective and delivered to the highest standard. As part of a small and collaborative team, all colleagues are expected to support the wider Experience function and contribute flexibly to the day‑to‑day operation of the department. This may include assisting with general administrative duties such as answering telephone calls, making new bookings, greeting customers and visitors, handling general enquiries, and responding to communications via email and other channels as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership development and management
- Identify, develop and secure strategic brand partnerships that enhance Morgan’s visibility, customer engagement and commercial performance.
- Proactively source new partnership opportunities that align with Morgan’s brand values and long‑term strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring partnerships continue to deliver value and opportunities for growth.
- Lead regular partnership reviews to assess performance, opportunities and future potential.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorship packages and commercial terms to ensure strong return on investment and alignment with Morgan’s commercial objectives.
- Build and manage budgets across all partnership agreements and activations, ensuring profitability is maintained and payment schedules are met.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, delivering clear analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Activation and execution
- Coordinate partnership activations across events, customer experiences and marketing channels, ensuring a premium standard of delivery across both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximise the value and visibility of each partnership across relevant touchpoints.
- Ensure all contractual deliverables are fulfilled to a consistently high standard.
Cross‑functional collaboration
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Design and Morgan Experience teams to identify and maximise commercial and brand‑building opportunities.
- Partner closely with the Events & Experiential Executive to coordinate and deliver partner and customer‑facing events and activations.
- Support wider business objectives through integrated and commercially effective partnership activity.
Standards and ways of working
- Ensure all partnership activity reflects Morgan’s values, brand standards and premium customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting and contract management across all partnerships.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, commercial return and partner experience.
