The historic home of Morgan is at Pickersleigh Road in Malvern Link, Worcestershire. This is the only place in the world where Morgan cars are built. Morgan sports cars are hand-crafted using three core elements: ash, aluminium, and leather. The Events & Experiential Executive is responsible for the planning and co-ordination of Morgan Motor Company’s global experiential events and activations, including driving tours in the UK and international markets, brand events, and partnership and sponsorship activations. Customer engagement sits at the heart of the role. The Events & Experiential Executive will communicate directly with customers throughout the planning and delivery of events, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Morgan’s values, standards and distinctive character.
The role will support the co-ordination of the experiential vehicle fleet and supports the delivery of experiences that strengthen customer relationships, enhance brand equity and contribute to commercial performance. Working closely with the Partnerships Executive, the role will support the delivery of partner-led events and activations, helping to maximise the value and impact of Morgan’s strategic relationships. The role requires regular travel throughout the UK and internationally to support the planning and delivery of events, driving tours and brand activations.
As part of a small and collaborative team, the Events & Experiential Executive will also support the wider Experience function and contribute flexibly to the day-to-day operation of the department. This may include assisting with customer enquiries, managing bookings, welcoming customers and visitors, answering telephone calls, and responding to communications across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, co-ordinate and deliver Morgan brand events across UK and international markets to the highest standard.
- Deliver customer driving tours and bespoke events, product launches, retailer events, partnership activations and third-party engagements, from initial concept through to delivery and post-event evaluation.
- Create engaging customer experiences that strengthen brand affinity, support commercial objectives and reflect Morgan’s distinctive character.
- Manage event logistics, venues, suppliers, hospitality, travel arrangements and operational requirements.
- Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed objectives.
- Represent Morgan Motor Company at events, activations and customer experiences in the UK and international markets.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the planning and delivery of experiential programmes.
- Deliver a professional, responsive and personalised customer experience at every stage of the customer journey.
- Manage event communications, joining instructions, itineraries and post-event follow-up activity.
- Co-ordinate the operational performance of Morgan’s experiential vehicle fleet.
- Work closely with the Brand Experience Manager to manage fleet planning, utilisation and availability across all experiential programmes.
- Ensure all experiential vehicles are maintained, prepared and presented to the highest standard.
- Oversee vehicle logistics, transportation and deployment to support events and activations in the UK and overseas.
- Work closely with the Partnerships Executive to deliver partnership and sponsorship activations that meet the objectives of both Morgan and its partners.
- Ensure all activations are executed in accordance with agreed brand guidelines and contractual requirements.
- Support the development of new opportunities to enhance customer experiences and extend Morgan’s brand reach.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to develop promotional plans that drive awareness, participation and engagement.
- Support the creation of digital content and event communications across relevant channels.
- Contribute to the development of the online customer journey to improve engagement and conversion.
- Build, manage and monitor budgets across experiential programmes and events.
- Track performance against commercial objectives and provide post-event reporting and analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction across all activities.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, retailer partners and external suppliers to ensure aligned delivery and consistent brand representation.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all markets.
- Proven experience planning and delivering events, experiential marketing activities or customer experiences to a high standard.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging directly with customers, partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and understanding how events and activations contribute to wider business objectives.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout the UK and internationally, including occasional evening and weekend work.
- Demonstrates a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects Morgan’s standards, values and distinctive character.
