Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking for a long-term contract? We are currently partnering with a highly successful, fast-paced studio based in Knutsford to find a dedicated People & Culture Advisor.

The Details:

  • Location: Knutsford (Hybrid/On-site details to be discussed)
  • Contract: Running until 29th January 2027
  • Approx. £40,000pa

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a dedicated business partner for a specific population of around 100 employees.
  • Take the lead on employee relations, confidently guiding managers through grievances, capability hearings, and PIPs.
  • Champion employee health and wellness by analyzing absence data, managing Occupational Health cases, and organizing proactive wellbeing initiatives.
  • Manage flexible working and family leave requests while ensuring absolute compliance and accurate payroll updates.
  • Coach and upskill team leads, helping them become better people managers.

What You Bring:

  • Demonstrable HR generalist experience with a heavy focus on complex ER casework.
  • A degree-level education (CIPD qualification is a big plus!).
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel (vLookups, data analysis).
  • A diplomatic, unflappable nature with stellar communication skills.
  • Exceptional discretion and a thorough understanding of GDPR.
