Responsible for managing external localization vendors and maintaining internal tools and databases. This role ensures vendors are compliant, well-supported, and delivering quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard, provision, and manage vendor users in internal systems.
  • Communicate with localization vendors and track performance.
  • Coordinate vendor schedules, testing, and probation periods.
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on localization needs.
  • Support tooling updates and process automation.
  • Maintain and optimize vendor databases and internal workflows.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with databases and internal tooling.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
