Responsible for managing external localization vendors and maintaining internal tools and databases. This role ensures vendors are compliant, well-supported, and delivering quality results on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard, provision, and manage vendor users in internal systems.
- Communicate with localization vendors and track performance.
- Coordinate vendor schedules, testing, and probation periods.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on localization needs.
- Support tooling updates and process automation.
