We are looking for an experienced Group VAT Manager to join a growing international business. This role will take ownership of VAT technical support, compliance across multiple territories, and driving improvements to the Group's VAT control framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide VAT technical guidance across the business (rates, partial exemption, rebates, acquisitions)
- Oversee and review VAT returns prepared by the VAT team
- Manage and improve the VAT control framework, ensuring MTD compliance
- Support key projects including ERP implementation, M&A, and restructuring initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple countries and external advisors
About You
- Qualified - ACCA/ACA/CTA
- Strong VAT technical background with several years' post-qualification experience
- Experience across multi-territory VAT (practice or industry)
- Confident communicator able to explain complex technical issues
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement
- Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
