A Leading US Tax Practice is searching for a US Corporate Tax Senior to join their US Tax team located in newly refurbed offices in a Central London location, offering flexible and agile working.

As a US Corporate Tax Senior, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting in the management of a group of corporate clients
  • Reviewing US Corporate and Partnership tax returns
  • Assisting Senior Leadership in the delivery of advice
  • Carrying out research to provide technical solutions and deliverables for clients
  • Researching and applying US Tax concepts
  • Ensuring you're keeping up to date with latest legislative changes
  • Supporting in business development and marketing initiatives

Your experience:

  • US CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) with suitable US Corporate / Business Tax experience
  • Private Equity Fund exposure would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Proficient in Excel and ideally CCH Axcess
