UK Sales Enablement Program Manager
Global Sales Enablement Team | Approx. £55,000 (Hybrid)
Sales Enablement is a global shared-services function responsible for onboarding, ongoing development, and performance consulting for sales teams and strategic partners across multiple geographies.
This role supports both in-house and outsourced sales teams, partnering with vendors to ensure training delivery meets internal standards. Acts as a ‘train the trainer’, scaling enablement efforts, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive performance and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Training & Onboarding
- Train and support partner sales managers and trainers.
- Oversee new hire onboarding, ensuring system access, process adherence, and alignment with internal onboarding standards.
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and update training content as needed.
Quality Assurance & Performance (40%)
- Lead QA processes for coaching, training, and sales conversations.
- Deliver business reviews with insights and improvement recommendations.
- Identify performance gaps, design learning interventions, and coach facilitators.
Content & Technology (20%)
- Conduct needs analysis and manage content updates in collaboration with design teams.
- Maintain training material repository.
- Support rollout of QA and AI-based coaching tools; gather feedback for improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Operations (20%)
- Attend leadership and enablement meetings.
- Stay current on internal tools and methodologies.
- Lead regular check-ins with team leaders and assessors to ensure program success.
