Anticipate needs and provide high-level, tailored administrative support to senior executives. Ensure flawless execution of administrative activities with exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and process. Own complex diary management, including arranging video conferencing, conference calls, and internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, with flexibility to accommodate last-minute schedule and logistics changes. Coordinate complex international travel itineraries. Support the planning and execution of internal and external events. Actively contribute to the project management of key initiatives. Raise purchase orders and complete expense reports accurately and efficiently. Collaborate daily with executives, internal stakeholders, and other Executive Assistants across the organisation, both locally and internationally. Demonstrate high energy, professionalism, attention to detail, and a consistently positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Three or more years’ experience as a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong calendar and diary management expertise.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and frequent last-minute changes.
- Excellent organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Experience identifying and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- High levels of confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgement.
- Ability to act as an effective gatekeeper while maintaining positive relationships.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude.
- Proficient in using modern workplace technology, productivity tools, and mobile devices.
- Strong interest in technology and digital tools that enhance productivity and collaboration.
