About the Team
The Contingent Workforce team is responsible for the strategic management of our external talent ecosystem. You will join the Supplier Engagement team, which manages our top Global strategic suppliers. Our mission is to balance operational excellence with long-term partnership health, ensuring our suppliers are positioned to meet the evolving needs of our global organization.
The Role
As a Supplier Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary bridge between our most critical suppliers and internal business partners. You will navigate the complexities of a large-scale enterprise to drive performance, mitigate risk, and foster innovation across our external workforce programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship & Performance Management: Lead monthly governance meetings with top-tier suppliers to review performance, embed business needs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Operational Oversight: Act as the central point for escalations, providing swift and effective resolutions to operational bottlenecks.
- Risk & Compliance: Partner with internal Compliance and Delivery teams to ensure all contingent workforce activities meet stringent global standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate organizational needs into supplier actions, managing spend areas and prioritising work in a fast-paced environment.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by analysing marketplace trends and key data points from suppliers to inform enterprise-level strategy.
- Project Leadership: Manage numerous high-priority projects simultaneously, demonstrating the agility to pivot based on changing business demands.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:
