We're seeking a highly motivated Partner Development Manager (PDM) to join our global partner team and help elevate our business to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Growth Partners, driving mutual success through new customer acquisition, enhancing customer outcomes, and continually improving the overall partner experience.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing and scaling successful SaaS partnerships with agency partners. You are customer-focused, results-driven, and excel in communication, relationship building, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of partners, serving as their primary point of contact and champion for engagement
  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies to support customer acquisition and business growth
  • Build strong, strategic relationships to ensure alignment on goals and execution
  • Contribute to new client acquisition strategies, leveraging available marketing channels and assets
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and launch new service offerings
  • Create and deliver training, enablement, and sales support for managed partners
  • Identify areas for growth or improvement and implement initiatives to optimize partner performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer onboarding, retention, and success
  • Analyze performance data, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong experience with Mailchimp
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, ideally in SaaS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
  • Results-oriented with a passion for growing partnerships
