We are staffing partners for a leading global technology company seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join its EMEA Gaming Partnerships team.

This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with major game developers and content partners.

You will help partners adopt new gaming features, grow their presence across the company's platforms and maximise the commercial value of these partnerships.

The Role

  • Develop durable, long-term partnerships with prominent companies across the gaming industry.
  • Understand partners' strategies, commercial objectives and technical requirements.
  • Manage and advise existing game developers on how to strengthen their performance across the platform.
  • Encourage the adoption and integration of new gaming products and features.
  • Represent the gaming business in external meetings with senior partner stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new partnership and revenue-growth opportunities.
  • Use gaming-industry knowledge and data analysis to identify emerging trends.
  • Track and communicate key performance metrics, commercial results and partner trends.
  • Advocate internally for developers and their requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Finance teams.
  • Support both strategic partnership initiatives and day-to-day operational activity.
  • Potentially travel occasionally within Europe.
  • The Ideal Candidate
  • At least seven years' experience in strategic partnerships, business development or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of the gaming industry and its developer ecosystem.
  • Experience building relationships with gaming companies or technology partners.
  • A technical background with the ability to understand products, integrations and new platform features.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and executive stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities.
  • Experience working effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret business performance data.
  • An understanding of AI tools or emerging AI capabilities would be beneficial.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
