Job Description Interim Finance Manager Central London | PE Backed | Interim I'm working with a high growth PE backed business that is looking for an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join its growing finance team. Backed by a leading private equity investor, the business is entering an exciting stage of growth and needs someone who can make an immediate impact across the finance function. A key focus of the role will be leading the implementation of NetSuite, alongside strengthening financial reporting, processes and controls. You'll also lead a team of four, providing direction and support while helping to develop a high performing finance function. As Interim Finance Manager, you will take ownership across the day to day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while providing meaningful insight to senior management. You will play a key role across month end, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls, while leading the NetSuite implementation and managing a team of four. You'll work closely with senior leadership and PE stakeholders, helping to improve reporting, strengthen processes and ensure the finance function is equipped to support continued growth. Lead and develop a team of four across the finance function Own the month end close and preparation of accurate management accounts Lead the NetSuite implementation, including process design, testing and data migration Strengthen financial controls, processes and reporting across the finance function Partner with senior leadership and PE stakeholders on reporting and strategic finance projects Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Management Accountant Proven experience leading or supporting a NetSuite implementation Previous experience managing or mentoring a finance team
