We're partnering with one of the world's most recognised technology companies to recruit a Commercial Legal Counsel to join its high-performing EMEIA legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially-minded lawyer looking to move into, or further develop, an in-house legal career within a global technology business. You'll work alongside experienced lawyers supporting the commercial sales organisation, advising on complex commercial matters while partnering with stakeholders across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advising sales and operational teams on a broad range of commercial legal matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements covering sales, distribution, marketing and after-sales services.
  • Providing practical, solutions-focused legal advice to business stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Managing legal support for 2–3 business groups with increasing autonomy.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to help drive commercial outcomes.
  • Contributing to the development of cutting-edge in-house AI legal tools by helping improve contract review accuracy, testing new functionality and supporting legal AI initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 2–4 years' PQE (exceptional candidates up to 6 years considered).
  • Training from a respected regional, national or City law firm.
  • Strong commercial contracts experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.
  • Previous experience within the technology sector would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to work independently.
