- Building and maintaining detailed Excel trackers
- Supporting due diligence and responding quickly to data requests
- Identifying worker classification and compliance risks
- Coordinating worker transitions, renewals and onboarding with suppliers
- Migrating worker records into HRIS and VMS platforms

- Managing day-to-day workforce queries through ServiceNow
- Producing weekly status reports, trackers and issue logs
- Liaising with vendors and the MSP to resolve operational issues
- Providing high-touch support on sensitive workforce matters
What we’re looking for:
- At least three years’ experience in contingent workforce operations, MSP management, VMS operations or supplier management
- Strong knowledge of contingent workforce compliance and worker classification
- Excellent Excel, data reconciliation and reporting skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Clear communication and confident stakeholder management
- A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution
The game changer: Previous experience supporting an M&A, workforce migration or organisational transition programme. You’ll understand the questions that need to be asked, the risks to watch for and where workforce transitions can go wrong.
