Senior Tax Manager - Morgan McKinley

A prestigious and well respected accountancy firm are seeking a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join their team in SW London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm who have an excellent client base. They enjoy collaborating and are passionate about providing a high touch, bespoke service to support their clients with their complex accounting and tax needs. As a result, many of their clients who might typically gravitate towards larger firms, choose to work with them instead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on a varied portfolio of clients including high net worth individuals, partnerships, private landlords, non-residents, dealing with compliance and providing ad hoc planning and advisory and supporting partners on other tax matters.
• Develop strong relationships with their clients through regular contact and attendance at client meetings.
• Mentoring other members of the private client tax team including those studying for professional qualifications
• Reviewing their work, providing them with technical training and support with both technical and client management queries to assist their development.
• Provide advice on international tax aspects, implications of residence and the new FIG rules and previously domicile.

About you:

• Experience of managing a portfolio of clients, including managing budgets and billing, and providing advisory services.
• Prior experience within a Private Client Tax role.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good organisational skills.
• CTA Qualified.
