Location: Manchester, UK (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH)
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle, screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain recruitment databases, effectively and compliantly using the applicant tracking and reporting systems.
- Manage interview feedback and offer processes.
- Deliver a smooth and positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Drive hiring efficiency and support team scalability during the interim period.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of international recruiting experience.
- Good understanding of multiple job markets, industry trends, and the ability to adapt quickly when needed.
- Wide range of experience and expertise on current external recruiting policies, practices, and trends.
- Knowledge of relevant and creative sourcing tools and methods.
- Proactive and able to manage and influence key internal stakeholders.
