Due to continued growth, they are keen to recruit a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner who is keen to partner with the Senior Leadership Team to provide support and constructive challenge to drive operational outputs and improve financial performance. Responsibilities for the Senior Finance Business Partner will include: Provide analysis and insight into the operations performance, identify areas of improvement and drive outputs Assess cost drivers and their impact on performance It is essential the candidate is a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) High degree of commercial acumen Strong Excel knowledge Good understanding of standard costing, inventory management or stock controlling Based in Northampton, the business is at the forefront of innovation, offer fantastic career development and are known for developing talent.
