Head of Governance (Audit, Risk and Compliance) at Morgan McKinley
Our client is a leading Asset Manager who are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join and grow their careers.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day work of the Compliance team such as supporting on close and continuing monitoring, delivering the thematic compliance monitoring program or providing advice to the business.
- Maintain the Conflicts of Interest register and assist in the management of PA Dealing using My Compliance Office.
- Assist members of the compliance team with preparation of papers for governance and oversight committees; this may include presenting issues to committees and Boards as required.
- Prepare and deliver training on key issues and regulatory changes.
