Senior Insights & Strategy Analyst – AdTech

Hybrid – three days per week onsite

We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Insights & Strategy Analyst to join the advertising division of one of the world’s most innovative consumer technology companies.

This global team develops advertising products across some of the world’s most widely used digital platforms, spanning apps, news, entertainment, maps and other consumer services.

Sitting within the EMEA Marketing Insights and Analytics team, you’ll help Sales and Marketing teams unlock commercial opportunities through advanced analytics, AdTech research, competitive intelligence and compelling data-led storytelling.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver custom insights, AdTech research and advanced analytics to support Sales and Marketing.
  • Transform complex research and data into persuasive Keynote narratives, statistics, talking points and go-to-market materials.
  • Partner with third-party research and measurement providers such as Comscore, Sensor Tower and EMARKETER.
  • Identify valuable insights within external datasets and scale them into commercial data products.
  • Build AI-enabled analytical tools that summarise content and data and produce sales materials at scale.
  • Drive the transition from traditional insight generation towards LLM-based tools and workflows.
  • Create Tableau dashboards, reports and executive-level presentations.
  • Develop analytical models for audience segmentation, benchmarking, market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives by producing bespoke, insight-led client presentations.
  • Lead analytics projects from data quality and quantitative analysis through to senior-level delivery.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Field Marketing, Revenue Strategy, Data Insights and Data Engineering teams.
  • Maintain and improve existing insight-development processes, tools and reporting.

What we’re looking for

  • Approximately 10+ years’ experience in AdTech research, marketing insights or advanced advertising analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising, performance marketing, advertising platforms and the mobile-app economy.
  • Experience gained within an advertising platform, AdTech company, media agency, measurement provider or major digital business.
  • A strong record of working with syndicated and custom research vendors.
  • Experience using third-party data to create commercially valuable insights, tools or scalable data products.
  • Practical experience with LLM-based technologies, AI-driven analytics or automated insight generation.
  • Strong exploratory data-analysis skills and familiarity with data warehousing, modelling and pipeline principles.
  • Exposure to Snowflake data shares and Amazon S3 would be advantageous.
  • Experience partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to translate commercial needs into analytical requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the confidence to lead complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills, including senior-level data storytelling.
  • A postgraduate degree in economics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, business or another quantitative discipline is preferred.#

The ideal background

You may currently work—or have previously worked—within a leading advertising platform, major technology company, digital media agency, AdTech provider or market-measurement business.

This would particularly suit someone who can operate confidently between technical and commercial teams: understanding the data, influencing Engineering, managing external research partners and converting complex analysis into stories that help Sales teams win.
