Title: Sales Support Admin
Location: London, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide customer support to clients and stakeholders regarding products and services.
Data Entry: Accurately input sales information, campaign details, and customer data into the internal systems.
Sales Report Assistance: Help compile sales reports and assist in tracking performance metrics for various campaigns.
Team Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the Sales team.
CRM Updates: Ensure customer information is accurately maintained in the CRM system, keeping records up-to-date.
