We're looking for a Sales Support professional to join a successful and growing business based in lovely offices near Chelsea. (Full time in office)
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, supporting a busy team and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll ideally have strong administration and coordination experience, be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail. You’ll be comfortable juggling different tasks, communicating with colleagues and clients, and keeping on top of deadlines.
The role will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Coordinating appointments, meetings and diaries
- Preparing documents, reports and sales information
- Keeping records and systems up to date
- Liaising with clients and internal teams
- Helping the sales process run smoothly from start to finish
- General office and team support as required
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and reliable
